Located in Michigan, Wildroast has quickly grown to 3 beautiful locations. Previously, Wildroast Coffee was only using Square POS. They hadn’t explored other options within the Square suite for online ordering, KDS usage, or loyalty rewards. With Dripos, it was easy for them to test out these different workflows to optimize efficiency.

Starting off with online ordering on Dripos was a breeze! Not only are their customers able to order ahead via the Dripos Order Ahead App, but they are able to place orders for their favorite drinks directly from the Wildroast Google business listing as well. This opened up new revenue channels for this growing West Michigan business.

Previously the barista staff at Wildroast was writing on cups, or using a printed ticket to manage the influx of ‘For Here’ and ‘To-Go’ orders. Now utilizing Dripos’ KDS functionality, they have a bright display on an iPad helping them to optimize their workflow as it pertains to preparing drinks.
